The labyrinth has been used for centuries as a tool for transformation and discovery. A labyrinth differs from a maze in that there is only one clear path to the center and out again. There are no dead ends or wrong turns. It is designed to eliminate confusion, freeing up the mind for deep thinking while traveling along the path.

Sometimes, editing our own writing can feel more like a maze than a labyrinth. We plod around in circles, bump into barriers, and end up stuck in a passage feeling like we’ve made no progress at all.
